Whitepaper

A plain description of what PoeOS Intelligence Hub is, and what it is not.

Living document — updated as the platform ships

1. The problem

On-chain research is fragmented. Token facts live in block explorers, liquidity lives in DEX subgraphs, network reliability lives in RPC dashboards, and none of them agree on how a claim should be verified.

Most tooling presents modelled numbers as if they were confirmed facts. PoeOS is built the other way round: every figure shows where it came from, and anything that is simulated, planned or unavailable is labelled as such.

2. What the platform does

Token intelligence: contract facts, supply, holders and liquidity read live from Ethereum and other supported chains, with explicit risk flags rather than a single opaque score.

Network health: RPC latency and block progression per chain, with configurable alerts and an incident timeline.

DeFi research: cross-DEX price differences and Aave V3 flash-loan route modelling. Execution stays in paper/simulation mode until an audited executor contract is deployed and explicitly enabled.

Developer APIs: metered endpoints and contract templates for teams building on top of the same data.

3. Architecture

Reads go directly to chain RPCs and public DEX data providers on the server side. Nothing sensitive is executed in the browser.

Every state-changing action passes a server-side check: authentication, entitlement, risk limits, and — for anything touching funds — an explicit approval step with a typed confirmation phrase.

PoeOS is non-custodial. It never holds user funds and never signs on a user's behalf.

4. Tokens

POE is the existing ecosystem and utility token used for platform feature access. It is not an investment product.

PUSDC is a planned USD-denominated settlement asset for platform payments, with a 500,000,000 global cap and 6 decimals. It is not deployed. No PUSDC contract address exists yet, and any address claiming otherwise is not ours.

PHUB is a separate, planned 1,000,000-supply utility token for hub feature access. It is also not deployed.

A legacy 18-decimal token often referred to as PUSD exists on Ethereum and is a different asset from the planned PUSDC. PoeOS never relabels one as the other.

5. Risk and limitations

Digital assets can lose all of their value. Automation can fail, quotes can go stale, and simulated results do not predict real outcomes.

PoeOS has no completed third-party security audit and makes no licensing, registration or partnership claims. Where a control is planned rather than in place, the interface says so.

Nothing on this platform is investment advice.

6. Roadmap

Near term: deeper token intelligence coverage, onboarding improvements and public transparency metrics.

Mid term: audited flash-loan executor deployment, gated live execution and per-pool profit reporting.

Longer term: PUSDC deployment and settlement rails, subject to legal review and independent audit. No deployment date is promised.

Token status is published live on the token transparency page, and all disclosures live in the Legal & Compliance Centre.
