1. Acceptance

By accessing PoeOS Intelligence Hub at poeoshub.life you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

PoeOS is provided by the PoeOS project team. The project is not a bank, broker, exchange, investment adviser, custodian or money transmitter, and does not hold itself out as licensed or registered in any jurisdiction.

2. What the service is

PoeOS provides research, analytics, monitoring, simulation and developer tooling for public blockchain data. Outputs are informational.

PoeOS does not execute trades on your behalf unless you explicitly configure, review and confirm an action yourself, using your own wallet and your own keys.

3. No custody

PoeOS does not take custody of user funds. You retain control of your wallet and private keys at all times. PoeOS will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

4. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must not use PoeOS for unlawful activity, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or to attack, scrape abusively or degrade the service or third-party providers.

Automated access must use the documented API within your plan's published quotas.

5. Availability and change

The platform is under active development. Features may change, be renamed, be marked planned, or be withdrawn. Third-party RPC, indexer, oracle and market-data providers can fail or rate-limit, and PoeOS may then show unavailable states rather than estimated values.

6. Limitation of liability

PoeOS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, the PoeOS team is not liable for trading losses, smart-contract failures, protocol exploits, oracle or bridge failures, gas costs, missed opportunities or data inaccuracies.

Data we collect

Account data: email address and authentication identifiers supplied when you sign up.

Product data: workspaces, saved strategies, watchlists, alert configuration, API keys (stored hashed) and usage counters needed to enforce plan quotas.

Wallet data: any wallet address you choose to connect or save. A public address is pseudonymous, not anonymous — connecting one links your on-chain history to your account within PoeOS.

Technical data: request logs, error reports and coarse usage events used to keep the service running and to see which features are used.

What we do not collect

PoeOS never collects private keys, seed phrases or wallet passwords. There is no code path in the product that asks for them, and any page that does is not PoeOS.

Processors

PoeOS runs on managed cloud infrastructure for hosting, database, authentication and email delivery, and calls third-party blockchain RPC, indexing, market-data and AI providers to answer your requests. Those providers process request data on our behalf.

Retention and your rights

Account and product data is retained while your account exists. You can request export or deletion of your account data by emailing hello@poeoshub.life. Deleting your account removes your profile, saved product data and API keys.

You can lose everything

Digital assets are volatile and can fall to zero. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.

PoeOS does not guarantee profits, returns, yield, price appreciation or the success of any strategy. Any figure presented as an estimate is an estimate, and estimates are frequently wrong.

Technical risk

Smart contracts can contain bugs and can be exploited or drained. Liquidity can disappear between the moment a route is quoted and the moment a transaction lands. Oracles can report stale or manipulated prices. RPC endpoints, indexers and bridges can fail, lag or return wrong data. Transactions can revert and still cost gas, and can be reordered or front-run by others.

Strategy and automation risk

Backtests, simulations and paper trading do not reproduce real execution. Slippage, gas spikes, mempool competition, failed approvals and partial fills all change the outcome. A strategy that simulates profitably can lose money live.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your decisions, your keys, your transaction confirmations and your tax and legal obligations. Research, test and decide for yourself.

Utility framing

POE is described as an ecosystem and utility token for feature access, credits and quotas within PoeOS. It is not offered as an investment, security, share, note, deposit or claim on profits, and PoeOS makes no representation that it will increase in value.

PUSDC is a planned USD-referenced settlement asset for the PoeOS ecosystem. Until a contract address is deployed and independently verifiable on-chain, PUSDC is shown as planned. PoeOS does not claim PUSDC is issued, collateralised, redeemable or fully reserved.

PUSDC is a separate, new asset. It is not the pre-existing 18-decimal $PUSD contract, and the two are never treated as the same token anywhere in this product.

No offer

Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell or hold any digital asset in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.

Simulation is the default

Strategy Lab, paper bots and the FlashLoan Execution Centre run in simulation or paper mode by default. Simulated results are hypothetical and carry no execution, funding, latency or competition risk.

Live execution

A live path is only ever enabled when a verified deployed contract, provider configuration and risk limits are all present, and it requires an explicit confirmation from you immediately before any transaction is signed. Where those prerequisites are missing, the interface states that configuration is required rather than implying live capability.

Position size, slippage, gas ceiling, minimum net result, deadline and stop conditions are yours to set, and they can still be breached by chain conditions.

Informational only

AI features summarise and explain data you are already looking at. Outputs are generated by language models, can be incomplete or wrong, and must be verified against primary on-chain sources before you act.

AI outputs are not financial advice, not a price forecast and not a recommendation to trade. PoeOS does not invent market data: where a provider is unavailable, the interface shows an unavailable state instead of a value.

Statement

PoeOS does not provide investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, and no content on this platform should be treated as a personal recommendation. PoeOS is not registered as an investment adviser or broker in any jurisdiction. Consult a qualified professional who knows your circumstances before making financial decisions.

Reporting

Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@poeoshub.life with reproduction steps and impact. Please give us a reasonable window to remediate before public disclosure.

Do not access other users' data, degrade the service, run automated attacks against production, or attempt social engineering. There is no paid bounty programme at this time; we will credit reporters who ask to be credited.

Audit status

PoeOS smart contracts and application code have not been independently audited. Any page stating otherwise would be incorrect. Audit status is published on the Security page and updated only against verifiable evidence.

What is stored

PoeOS stores an authentication session so you stay signed in, and local preferences such as your selected network, workspace and onboarding progress. Product analytics events (for example: signed up, completed onboarding, ran a first analysis) are recorded to understand feature usage.

PoeOS does not sell personal data and does not run third-party advertising trackers.

Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain-based tools and to hold digital assets. You must not be a person or entity subject to applicable sanctions, and you must not access PoeOS from a jurisdiction where doing so would breach local law.

PoeOS may restrict access where required. A definitive restricted-jurisdiction list will be published here once reviewed by qualified counsel; until then, compliance with your local law is your responsibility.
